I love when a listing turns into a closing almost as quickly as I can get the sign in the yard! 😂

I listed this Lookout Mountain property for my sellers and happened to mention it to a buyer I thought it might be perfect for. They took a look, made an offer, my sellers accepted…and 11 days later, we were sitting at the closing table! 🔑🏡

Sometimes real estate really is about having the right property, the right buyer, and the right connection at just the right time.
