It was so great seeing so many familiar faces again—we truly appreciate you all. We were able to fill two dumpsters completely full while helping clear out unwanted items, and that’s always a win! 🗑️

The excitement, the relief, the “we really did it” moment… 🏡❤️

After a tough experience with another Realtor, they finally got to say YES to the address. Their home buying journey wasn’t the smoothest—but once we had a solid game plan in place, everything started to come together.

Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do. Getting to help turn things around and see it all fall into place is the best part.

Fort Wayne residents can now apply for the annual Citizen-Match Residential Street Tree Program — also known as the Street Tree Program.

For just $50, residents may have a street tree professionally planted in the public right-of-way (the park strip between the street and property line), pending application review and site approval.

✔ Trees are 6–10 feet tall
✔ 1–1.5-inch trunk diameter
✔ Planted and overseen by the City Arborist
✔ Fall planting window: October 1 – December 31
✔ Apply online or by mail

A little sunshine for your November scroll ☀️

This year brought a lot of firsts—both personally and professionally—and it felt so good.

For work, I got to help even more families and hosted my first solo client appreciation event (our Summer Photo Event!) 😊

Personally, we explored new places as a family, and I watched my best friend get married in Canada—still not over it!

And it’s not over yet… our famous Donut Days event is coming up in December! 🍩
