The house itself is only part of the decision. 🏡

One thing I noticed over the years while showing homes is that buyers don't always realize this.

Sometimes a home checks every single box online, but once you get there, something can still feels off. Other times, a house surprises people because the neighborhood, layout, and overall feeling just works for their life.

Things like:
• the drive home after work
• home layout
• nearby conveniences
• the neighborhood atmosphere
• how the home feels during everyday life

…all start to matter more than people expect.

That’s also why I created this buyer questionnaire below. It helps narrow down not just the type of house you may want — but the lifestyle and everyday feel you are looking for too.

Forgot to post these from last month! The rain is still sticking around, and so are the good moments from our annual Trash Away Event ☔

It was so great seeing so many familiar faces again—we truly appreciate you all. We were able to fill two dumpsters completely full while helping clear out unwanted items, and that’s always a win! 🗑️

The excitement, the relief, the “we really did it” moment… 🏡❤️

For just $50, residents may have a street tree professionally planted in the public right-of-way (the park strip between the street and property line), pending application review and site approval.
