We’ve had a little name change!

You’ve heard me refer to our Bloomington hotel project as The Grand Bloomington, but we’re officially pivoting to The Crimson.

New name, same vision—and so many exciting plans ahead as we continue working toward transforming this property into something special.

The Crimson feels like the perfect fit for what we’re creating in Bloomington, and I can’t wait to keep bringing you along for the journey!

You don’t have to own the entire asset to benefit from owning a piece of it.

That’s one of the things I love about passive real estate investing — equity partners can take a more hands-off role while participating in the ownership and potential financial upside of a larger asset.

It’s part of what makes projects like The Crimson, our boutique hotel transformation in Bloomington, so exciting.

A piece of something bigger, without having to run it yourself.
