Allen County Market Update 🏡
The Allen County housing market is still active, but it’s become more strategic. We’re seeing nearly 1,000 homes on the market, 279 new listings in late February, a median list price around $258K, and homes going pending in about 32 days. Sellers are still getting strong value, but buyers are negotiating more and taking a little more time.

The takeaway? This is not a “wait and see” market. It’s a “have the right plan” market. Buyers need to move with confidence when the right home shows up, and sellers need to price correctly from day one. Allen County continues to show long-term strength, backed by major local growth and more than $3.8 billion in permitted construction value in 2025.
