🇺🇸 If there’s one thing about Sierra, she’s going to show up for her people!!

Today, I had the opportunity to support her as she represented The Foster Realty Group at a Women Veterans Recognition Day event, connecting with military families, veterans, and members of the community she’s passionate about serving. She Vets It Foundation

What I love most is that Sierra isn’t trying to build a business that looks like everyone else’s. She’s building a business around the people she feels called to serve, helping military families navigate relocation and helping business owners find space to grow.

And honestly… this is one of my favorite parts of building The Foster Realty Group.

Watching our agents step into their own lane, serve their communities, and grow into the leaders they’re meant to be.
