Today is extra special because I get to say CONGRATULATIONS to my buyer AND one of my very closest friends, Nena Boudreaux! 🥹💕🔑

Nena officially purchased her FIRST HOME today, and I could not be more proud of this girl. 🏡😭❤️

She did this ALL ON HER OWN. No one handed this to her. No one did it for her. She worked her butt off, stayed determined, and made it happen. She is truly one of the most hardworking, driven, go getter women I have ever met. 💪🏼✨

But what I love most about her isn’t just how hard she works. It’s who she is. Her heart is one of the absolute best things about her. ❤️ She is kind, patient, caring, understanding, loyal, and genuinely one of the sweetest humans you could ever have in your corner. She deserves every bit of happiness, success, and recognition in this world. 🥹💕

I am so incredibly honored to call her my friend, and I am even more honored that she trusted me to help her through such a huge milestone. I got to know these sweet buyers over the last year, and there’s something really special about having the length of a build to truly connect with people. You don’t just help them into a house. you get to watch their family, their excitement, and their vision come together over the course of the entire build.
