Not to nitpick but...
There are a few things I obsess over when touring a home.
It might take a few extra minutes, but being thorough protects my clients in the long run.
Some things are easy to spot, crooked floors, cracked tile, or a leaky ceiling. Others take a trained eye: drainage around the foundation, the age of the roof and HVAC, etc.. and while I can't catch everything an inspector would, I'm still looking out while we're touring homes.
When we're house hunting I’m weighing those details, comparing options, and thinking about location factors too, commute routes to 35W, school zones, nearby dining in the Stockyards or Sundance Square, and neighborhood walkability.
If you’re touring homes soon and want a second set of eyes, my DMs are always open.
If we haven't met I’m .dfw Fort Worth local and real estate advisor.
