4500 new listings hit the market today, 2800 price reductions, interest rates dropped today, sellers are offering credits and incentives, and new builds are offering great incentives as well!

Rent rates increased on average of 18% this year! Some have seen significantly higher than that!

Are you prepared to pay that type of increase every year? Most people are not!
When you buy a home you are locked in your payment for the life of the loan! While building equity in your investment!

If you’re worried about credit or down payment, there are programs for that as well!

Now is the time to take your piece of the pie! Especially when things are so chaotic and unpredictable in the world.

I don’t do this very often but;
I wanted to give a little update as to what’s been going on career-wise and in the real estate market in general.
This year so far; I have helped 4 families list and sell their homes; both of which were OVER $50,000 over asking price and on the market only 2 days!
I’ve also helped 7 families buy their first homes/new home. All of which already have equity in their homes, received tens of thousands worth of dollars in repairs and negotiations, and while staying within their budget.

With that being said each scenario is different and there is a strategy for everyone, if your dream is to have homeownership!
It’s a great time for anyone who’s willing to play and listen to the professional advise, in this market right now!!

I absolutely loving what I do and I love helping each and every person/family!

Spring and summer are going to be even better and busier!!
My team and our resources are definitely what is needed in order to have the best strategy whether your listing, buying, or both!

And with all of that; I get to make my own schedule and spend more time with my sweet angel and have fun! 😊

I’m serious; disregard all the negative things you hear about the market! It’s all about strategy and the team you have working for you!
