Some places just have their own rhythm. Denton is definitely one of them! A little unexpected, a lot of personality, creativity, and always something going on. There’s a real sense of community here, but it never feels like everyone needs to be the same. People just bring their own thing to the mix — and somehow, it all works. ✨

👀 Thinking about house hunting in Fort Worth this weekend?

You’re going to have some options.

The market has shifted enough that buyers have more homes to compare, more time to think and a little more negotiating room than we’ve seen in recent years.

A few homes worth putting on your radar:

🏡 $280K | 9920 Pack Saddle Trl
3 BD | 2 BA | 1,587 SF

🏡 $319K | 7024 Woodacre Rd
3 BD | 2 BA | 1,783 SF

🏡 $375K | 9516 Capehart Rd
4 BD | 3 BA | 2,150 SF

🏡 $385K | 1024 Lake View Rdg
4 BD | 2.5 BA | 1,874 SF

🏡 $440K | 9413 Granger Ln
3 BD | 2 BA | 2,118 SF

🏡 $453,030 | 4449 Sweet Clover Ln
5 BD | 4 BA | 3,017 SF

🏡 COMING THIS WEEKEND
7101 Creighton Ct | 3 BD | 2 BA | 1,686 SF

And that’s just a few. There’s also new construction coming up around 76107, 76179, 76131 and west Fort Worth.

More inventory = more choices.
But the goal isn’t to see every house. It’s to find the right ones!

If you’re looking this weekend, send me your budget + preferred area + must-haves, and I’ll help you narrow it down.

You can also schedule a free consultation with your questions about the home buying process for first time home buyers.

After calling Fort Worth home for the past four years, I’m excited to continue putting down roots here and team up with my buddy Charlie Rushton to start our own hospitality group.

Our first restaurant, COMMODORE Tavern & Terrace, will open this fall right here in Fort Worth. It’s our take on the neighborhood restaurant: great food, great drinks, warm hospitality, and most importantly, a place we hope feels like it belongs here.

This is just the beginning. We’ve got a lot of fun stuff ahead and can’t wait to start sharing it with everyone.

See y’all this fall. 🍸
