This story is special and deserves to be shared! A few years ago, these same clients trusted me to list their first home but unfortunately the timing & market just werenā€™t on our side. Sometimes, thatā€™s simply the reality of real estate!

We donā€™t have a crystal ball for what the market will došŸ”® but we can make educated predictions based on economic data, professional analysis & staying on top of our local market. And sometimes the smartest move you can make is knowing when to pivot!

Fast forward 2 years and they trusted me AGAIN to get the job done. And in a market that hasnā€™t exactly gotten any easier for sellers, we secured an offer very close to what we predicted their home would sell for before we ever listed it the 2nd timešŸ™ŒšŸ»

Truly a WIN and such a good reminder that sometimes itā€™s not a ā€œnoā€ā€¦ itā€™s just a ā€œnot right now.ā€šŸ„¹

What a blessing itā€™s been getting to be a part of all of their real estate transactions over the years. Iā€™m forever thankful for the trust and support theyā€™ve continued to show me and my business! I donā€™t share my numbers every month. TBH, some months are bigger, and some are much smaller. But this month feels special.

Iā€™m 8 months pregnant with baby #2, and Iā€™m still showing homes, negotiating contracts, and helping my clients reach their goals. I say this as humbly as possible, but Iā€™m really proud of myself.

Iā€™m proud of the mother I am, the business Iā€™ve built, the incredible team standing beside me, and the amazing clients who continue to trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

None of this happens alone. Our success is a reflection of a whole lot of hard work and dedication, but even more than that, itā€™s a reflection of the trust and support my family, friends, clients, and past clients continue to pour into me. Iā€™ll never take that for granted.

As I get closer to welcoming baby #2 into the world, Iā€™m looking forward to slowing down just enough to soak up those newborn snuggles while the amazing women on my team step in to make sure every client continues to receive the same level of care and service they deserve. Donā€™t worry, Iā€™ll still be 100% involved, just a little more remotely while baby and I are home together during those first few weeks.

Weā€™re only halfway through July, and weā€™re still going strong. These numbers are only growing, and August transactions are already adding up.
