We searched and looked and waited….yes waited, until the builder was ready to make concessions. And they are ready right now! This gorgeous brand new construction on nearly 2 acres in Springtown is under contract for nearly 10% less than asking price. 10% discounts haven’t been around for ages! It certainly isn’t applicable for every home but some builders that are inventory heavy are ready to make deals as the market cools down.
