This one was not just a transaction. This was a whole journey.

Sundar dai and his family made the decision to relocate from out of state and plant roots in Texas. First time buyers. New state. New city. A leap of faith on every level.

We found the right home in Justin TX. But getting there was not easy. We navigated the inspection, negotiated repairs, dealt with a seller doing a lease back after closing, and worked through every curveball the process threw at us.

Then the morning of closing, his flight got cancelled. 😅

Most people would have panicked. But Sundar dai found another flight, made it back by 3pm, walked into that table, and signed every single page. Like a champion.

Keys in hand. Texas homeowner. First time. 🙏

Deals like this remind me why I do what I do. It is never just about the house. It is about the family walking through that door for the first time knowing it is theirs. That feeling never gets old.

Sundar dai, watching you and your family start this new chapter in Texas is something I will never forget. Wishing you nothing but good memories, good neighbors, and a home full of laughter. Welcome to Texas. 🏡 🤠

Day 30. We made it. 🎉

Honestly, this challenge was more than just posting every day.

It pushed me to show up when I didn’t feel like it, share more of who I am, and get more comfortable letting people see the person behind the Realtor title.

Not every post was perfect.
Not every idea hit.
But I stayed consistent, and that’s the win I’m celebrating today.

Faith. Family. Real estate. People.

That’s what this journey is about for me.

With homes taking around 34 days to go pending and more inventory on the market, some sellers may be more open to negotiating closing costs, repairs, better terms, or a price adjustment.

Not every home gives you the same leverage.
