A menudo, el primer pensamiento al querer comprar una casa es: *"¿Cuánto tengo ahorrado para el enganche?"*. Pero hay un número igual de importante que los bancos observan minuciosamente: tu **DTI (Debt-to-Income)** o Relación Deuda-Ingreso.

**¿Qué es exactamente?** Es el porcentaje de tus ingresos brutos mensuales que se destina al pago de deudas (tarjetas de crédito, préstamos de auto, préstamos estudiantiles, etc.).

Como puedes ver en la imagen:

* 🚩 **DTI ALTO:** Si tus deudas consumen gran parte de tus ingresos, tu poder de compra se reduce drásticamente. Esto limita las casas que puedes ver y las condiciones de tu préstamo.
