Snow is back in Utah. Come ski Park City (Epic Pass) and Deer Valley (Icon Pass) we have a February ski week special!

Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, hot tub and gourmet kitchen home is empty from 3–10 Feb. You can rent the entire house this entire time for just $1,999!!

At a time when the average nightly room rate in Park City is $900 per night, you can get a 4 bedroom house for a week for the average cost of one room for ~ 2 nights in Park City.

We are a 15 minute drive to the free shuttle lot, with free lift-side drop off at both Park City and Deer Valley resort.

Need a 4x4 vehicle? Ask about renting one of ours!

We’re opening up The Rabbit Hole for reservations starting 14 October 2025 through 15 April 2026! Yes, ski season is almost here and we are 30 min from Park City and Deer Valley resorts!

$150 per room per night, includes hot breakfast for $10/person if we are home. Room options are a king with private 3/4 bath, a queen, and two twins that share a full bath. Cleaning fee of $50 per room charged once per stay.

Some recent upgrades:
- Converted a bedroom from single twin to two twin beds
- Ski storage rack in the garage
- Geardryer 12-vent boot/glove drying system installed on the garage. Dry up to 6 pairs of boots or gloves at once, so you have dry gear each day for skiing!
- Yakima Skybox ski and pole storage unit on the roof of our Audi Q5 with snow tires. Rent our car for half the price of an airport rental!
- New hot tub contractor with improved service.
- Coming soon…a deck cover! The large back deck griddle and hot tub will have overhead cover, so you can enjoy both even if it’s raining or snowing outside!

Blocked dates are: 20 Dec-30 Jan, and 7-15 March. All other dates currently open.

Summer is just around the corner! And that means hiking trails, biking trails, kayaking on reservoirs, and much more just minutes away from the Rabbit Hole! It may be hot down in Salt Lake City, but it’s much cooler up in the mountains!

We currently have full home availability from 22-29 June, and again from 2-22 August. Our normal summer rate is $1500 per week for the whole house, excluding our personal bedroom.

1 king with attached 3/4 bath, one queen and one single room with a shared full bath, half bath on the main level, chef’s kitchen, dining room, living room with 77 inch 4k TV, and a hot tub!
