🏡 New Lenox isn’t just one of the towns I work in...it’s home.

In the last month, I put two New Lenox homes under contract on the SAME street, both for very close friends, and it reminded me why I love what I do.

Not only were we able to get both homes under contract, but we successfully beat out multiple offers on each property...proof that local knowledge, strategy, and strong relationships can make all the difference in a competitive market.

I know these neighborhoods because I live here. I know the parks, schools, local businesses, and the little things that make New Lenox such a great place to call home.

There is something extra special about helping friends and soon-to-be neighbors navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives.

El Sombrero – Fun vibe, g8 margaritas, and the perfect taco meal for a laid-back night.
El Burrito Loco – Fast, flavorful, and always hits when you need tacos ASAP.
ZAP! – Great sit-down spot with an insane taco selection & a nice patio in the downtown area.
Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar – Festive atmosphere, killer margarita list, and perfect for a group night out.

Cinco de Mayo in the Lincoln Way area is honestly one of my favorites and these spots prove why. 😉
