Things came full circle today for some great friends/clients and I. When they purchased this adorable home in March of 2023 it was the first transaction I got to be a part of as a new licensee. Properties in Lexington were flying off the market at that time so it was definitely a relief when we found out they were the winning bidders. Now three years later, I had the pleasure of helping them sell this same home in under 48 hours, with multiple offers on the table, at above asking price. Needless to say, 446 Yale has not lost her appeal! 🔥

I know it’s bittersweet to leave your first home behind, especially when you’ve poured as much love into it as Jared & Addelyn have. But I also know they are relieved to have a successful closing behind them so they can focus on this next exciting chapter of their lives! Cheers to passing the BAR exam (Addelyn), successful careers, a beautiful new home in West Virginia, and all the other wonderful things that are yet to come!

🔑 A much anticipated closing day for my buyers! As persistent and determined as all parties were to get this new construction completed and the keys handed over to this amazing family, Mother Nature and Snowpocolypse 2026 had other plans. But thank goodness everyone remained patient and worked together, the snow finally melted, and we were able to come together on this sunshine-filled day for another successful closing.

There’s just something about the beauty and the smell of a brand new home. And the best part of this one is it’s in my neighborhood so we are gaining some wonderful new neighbors! 🥰

✅ Another successful closing for a wonderful family who I love dearly!

Real estate transactions are not for the faint of heart. There can be ups and downs, curve balls, and unpredictables.
