I’m saddened to hear the passing of Martha Ingram. Prior to starting my real estate career in 1999 I spent approx. 15 years working at Ingram Book Company. It was a wonderful place to work.

Martha Ingram was a sweet, classy woman who loved our city. She was a wonderful philanthropist giving back so much. The Ingram’s gave $100’s of millions to help establish the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. It’s a well-known national research facility.

She was instrumental in the arts and the driving force in bringing the Tennessee Performing Arts and Schermerhorn Symphony Hall here, just to name a couple.

Prayers to her 4 children and families. 🙏 She’s now reunited with her husband, Bronson. 💗
