So... what is "Property Management " exactly?
• Marketing the property
• Screening the tenants
• Inspections
• Communication between tenant and landlord
• Accounting- Rent collection, bill pay, Landlord payment
• Property maintenance
• Keeping everything legal
Our fees:
• $500 Start up fee. This includes pictures, Marketing, showings and covers your cost to find a tenant.
• We only charge 10% of gross monthly rent while a tenant is in place. We only charge 5% for a non Rent fee after the first lease has been completed.
• Applicants will pay a fee for background and credit check.
We recommend a security deposit equal to 1 months Rent, pet deposit equal to 50% of 1 months rent, annual lease, Landlords can choose when they would like to receive their rent. All monthly bills related to the home can be paid directly through the rental escrow account.
