From the restoration of Gray’s on Main to the transformation of 231 Public Square, which earned two Preservation Awards from the Heritage Foundation, Studio Eight Design has helped shape some of the city’s most recognized and celebrated landmarks.

Based in Nashville, Studio Eight Design brings a rich understanding of the city’s architectural heritage and community character, reflected in their many notable local works. Their perspective has been key to shaping the design and breathing new life into the historic Handy Hardware building that serves as the heart of the development.
