Maryland Housing statistics as of August 2024! Things are still moving…. But NOW is the right time to buy before interest rates go lower and more competition!! Once rates drop, you’ll have more active buyers and you will most likely find yourself in a multiple offer situation! You’ll most likely bid over list price with the least amount of contingencies as possible. So don’t wait until that happens if you can afford it now you can always refinance later! This one is a little bitter sweet but i couldn't be happier for my dear friends Casey and Claire! They sold their very first home!
