I am a big snacker. And I’m in the car a lot, which is where I do most of my deep thinking.

Yesterday as I was driving home from an appointment, it occurred to me that I hadn’t had a Wheat Thin in a long time. Like YEARS long time. So after school, I went to my local grocer, and to my disappointment, the original Wheat Thin was sold out!

I had Natalie pick out the backup flavor, which was of the ranch variety. And I gotta say - it was a solid choice! I still love Wheat Thins! What’s your favorite snack??

What do these statistics mean for buyers and sellers? The market isn't crashing - it's normalizing.

Prices are remaining relatively stable and sales are holding strong. Rising inventory is giving buyers more negotiating power, and less pressure to make an immediate decision. Days on market has increased, meaning that homes are taking a little longer to sell. We are shifting to a more balanced market in the FAAR region!

All of the kids were in school when they closed a couple of weeks ago - so I went back to see everyone today and snap a family photo! Congratulations again to the sweetest family on their forever home!

Friday pizza night got us out to Brothers Pizza!

Gotta say, this is the kind of pizza I really enjoy - is it New York style? I’m not even sure but it was GOOD.
Tiny little place inside….but from the looks of it, kept busy, especially on a Friday night.

I’m glad I randomly had cash on me, because they do not take cards! So remember that if you go here! Location alone will prevent this from being a regular spot, but it was definitely worth the outing down route 3!

I had a new buyer consult today - virtual meetings are SUCH a nice option for an out of state client. I’m always glad when I’m able to get on one, rather than a phone call.

There’s just something more relaxed about it, and it brings a sense of familiarity to the conversation when you see the person on the screen.

Of course, I always have to test out the perspective of what the other person is going to be looking at beforehand! 😂👍

I spent my morning at an info session with some FAAR colleagues - keeping up with the latest statistics from our local real estate market, and forecasting what’s ahead.

It was fun to see this campus of my alma mater as well! I had never been to this one before!
