Located in beautiful Fredericksburg Texas, the jewel of the Texas Wine Country. The cabins are located 6 miles outside of town on a fenced and gated property. The property has an abundance of wildlife including, whitetail, axis, and longhorns. Come sit on the 8'x36' covered porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the wildlife or gaze at the stars. We have supplied pretty much everything you need. Just grab your clothes and a toothbrush and meet us in Fredericksburg...

Cabin #1 rent is $1500 with no pets. Cabin #2 rent is $1600 with a pet, and $1500 without. Both are fully furnished; queen size bed, fully furnished bakers kitchen, linens, towels, and all utilities included. Refundable deposit $300, cleaning fee $150. Last fall we put down Palisades Zoysia grass at both cabins. It is starting to green out and will start to fill in as spring continues. Will add more this fall again between the cabins.

Cabin 1 & 2 are currently available for a one to twelve month rental.

Cabins are fully furnished including washer and dryer. All bills included (rent, internet, water, sewer, electric and trash).

Cabin1 no pets allowed, Cabin 2 is pet friendly; pets approved by management (must be house broken, weigh less than 30 lbs, no aggressive breeds).

$1600 month plus deposits and fees.

Gated property on private road.

The longhorns ARE BACK. The longhorns roam the fenced field areas adjoining the cabin area.

The area fields had been resting from the last couple years drought, waiting for the grasses to grow back and the water ponds to fill to support the Longhorns.
