Fredericksburg keeps adding to the list — and if you’re not local, this is exactly why people can’t stop talking about this town.

Swipe through for everything new and coming soon — from a sangria courtyard and house-made açaí bowls to Texas sparkling wine inside a historic post office and one of the best taco joints making a move to join the downtown action.

Some of these are already open. A few are still under construction. All of them are worth knowing about.

This is the kind of town where the food and wine scene has no business being this good — and somehow keeps getting better.
