Paula’s homeownership journey was never going to be simple, but it was always going to be worth it and today it reminded me why I love this job.
She has dedicated years to her work in education, quietly saving and planning for the day she could buy a home. When she and her partner moved to help care for her aging mom, the stakes became very personal.
Mid-escrow, a required lender change threatened to derail everything. Huge thanks to Erica Spellacy for ONCE AGAIN rescuing an escrow. There were long days, hard conversations, and more than a few setbacks. But we stayed focused, adjusted the strategy, and worked side by side until every hurdle was cleared.
I was in the room when we got the notice that it had closed. We all burst into tears and I will never forget that moment.
Handing Paula her keys meant more than closing a transaction. It meant seeing a good person finally step into a home she fought for. I’m honored to be the steady support when a transaction turns tough.
Special shout out to who was an OUTSTANDING agent for her seller who also had to ride this rollercoaster. Would work with her again ANY DAY!!
Team 🌈 FTW!!!
