This one feels REALLY good!
After being in a final and best situation and losing the house to someone else, my buyers were understandably pretty bummed. We had worked hard to get there, only to watch it go to another offer.
Then… things changed. Their offer fell through, and I got the phone call that we had another chance.
That phone call was the best feeling—not just because we had another shot, but because I knew how happy my clients were going to be.
We all worked hard to get this one back together, and I am SO happy for my buyers. Seeing everything come full circle and knowing they’re now UNDER CONTRACT makes this one extra special.

Sometimes the deal you thought was gone isn’t really gone. You just have to keep pushing forward. This one was worth the wait!
