Before you decide if moving up makes sense, you need to know 3 things:

1. Your Net Equity
What you actually walk away with after mortgage, closing costs, and commissions.
2. Your New Monthly Payment
Because the purchase price is not what you live with every month. The payment is.
3. Your New Mortgage Amount
After using your equity, your total debt may not change as much as you think.

I said what I said.

Brand new homes aren’t always the dream they’re cracked up to be.
