Isn't it interesting to hear statistics? 26% of homebuyers paid all cash last year.

I always found it fascinating that the higher the price point, the less likely a homebuyer is to need financing. Of course theres exceptions to every rule but what do you think? Are you surprised by the generational divide among all cash homebuyers?
