We offer pre-construction, program management, design-bid-build, development and general contracting services. The company’s initial focus was largely based on single tenant retail construction; however, by word of mouth and reputation, the company quickly expanded its portfolio to include a large variety of industrial, commercial, airport, retail and multi-tenant development clientele. Following
requests by existing clients, Schaffer Construction expanded across the United States, becoming established as a preferred General Contractor. To support the company’s growth, in 2019 Schaffer Construction opened its secondary location in Orlando, FL, to oversee operations of the Southeastern United States. Over the years, Schaffer Construction has become synonymous with advocacy for clients as well as excellence in the market. This approach has created long-term client “partners” that have relied on Schaffer’s namesake.
