Just made another young lady a Baltimore investor, it's a mild day. Oh Hey Baldamoreeeee 😂

Another one and done with the entire home team on the contract: Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation wrapping up the home loan and Nita Young making sure our title and deed is transferred smoothly. I love when clients trust my preferred partners as well so we know this deal can actually get done.
