I wanted to offer anyone who is interested a free (no obligations at all) home evaluation. For those who do not know what a Home Evaluation is, it is when I come to your home with comps, a value of what your home would be worth if you wanted to know, what things you may want to do to your home if anything before you would sell, answer any questions about the current market and provide you with resources to lenders, if needed to pre-qualify you or just give you info on credit scores, interest rates etc.
This is very helpful to give you an idea of where you stand with your home and give you things to think about if selling, moving or just planning for the future has been on your mind.
