This weekends sale will be a hybrid
This home has such a large amount of items in such tight spaces, that we have priced like items with category pricing (glassware $1-$3 each, etc)
Some items will be individually priced
2 rooms in the home are going to be set up “Picker Style”
We negotiate these room items when you bring your lot to the table
Bring boxes and bags, fill them, and we will give you a bulk price
Look for signage with bulk category pricing
Be prepared to dig through some of the smaller drawers or closets
