Real estate is so much more than showing homes and closing deals. It’s the behind-the-scenes conversations, problem-solving, late nights, early mornings, constant education, contract negotiations, emotional moments, and being there for clients every step of the way.

This recognition represents the trust my clients place in me, the relationships built along the way, and the work that happens long before and after closing day. Today’s class was about the nuances and legalese of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and how to properly fill it out depending upon each individual circumstance.

I take these classes any time I can simply because the forms are ever changing, plus there are always real world conversations that take place to learn from!

I love a good spring refresh!!

So far I’ve added a lazy Susan in my corner cabinet, gotten sheet organizers to get the linen closet under control, and purged a TON of kids books and toys. It always feels so good to go through the process!
I’m interested, what is your favorite thing you’ve done to get organized?!? I need more ideas!!
