Today we celebrate more than a moment in history — we celebrate victory.

The resurrection of Jesus is a reminder that:
• What looked like an ending was only the beginning
• What seemed defeated was already destined for victory
• And what was buried still had the power to rise

Because He lives, we have hope.
Because He lives, we have grace.
Because He lives, we have the strength to rise again — no matter what we face.

This Resurrection Sunday, I pray you are reminded that:
🌿 You are not forgotten
🌿 You are not defeated
🌿 You are called to rise

Good Friday ✝️

Today reminds us…
love didn’t quit.

When it was painful—He stayed.
When it was heavy—He carried it.
When it looked like the end—
it was only the beginning.

The cross wasn’t the loss…
it was the exchange.

Our guilt for His grace.
Our shame for His mercy.
Our brokenness for His love.

And because of that—
you don’t have to carry what He already paid for.

So today, lay it down.
Every worry. Every weight. Every fear.

Closing Day! 🏡✨

This one had a few twists and turns along the way, but today we made it to the closing table! Huge congratulations to my buyer who is becoming a homeowner at just 24 years old. That’s a big accomplishment and I’m proud to have been part of the journey.

Real estate transactions don’t always go exactly as planned, but when you have the right team working behind the scenes, things come together the way they’re supposed to.

A huge thank you to my preferred lender Adam Mervine with Union Home Mortgage Corp. for staying consistent, communicating, and keeping everything on track so we could get this deal across the finish line.

Today we closed on a home for this incredible woman 👏🏽🏡

She’s a Registered Nurse, Director of Case Management, the one they call in to clean up the mess, fix the systems, and make things run smoother. A role that often feels thankless… but the impact she makes is immeasurable.

She told me she was “just waiting for something to go wrong” during the process — because when you’re used to being the problem-solver, you expect problems.

But this one? Smooth. Steady. Aligned. 🙌🏽

Sometimes the blessing really does come without the chaos.

HOW YOUR DEED IS WORDED MATTERS!

But so does wisdom.

The Bible tells us to build our house on a solid foundation — and that includes the legal foundation. When your deed is written as “Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship” (or in Florida, “Tenancy by the Entirety”), it means if one spouse passes away, ownership automatically transfers to the surviving spouse.

No probate.
No unnecessary delays.
No added stress during grief.

That’s not just paperwork.
That’s protection.
That’s stewardship.

We pray for long lives and healthy marriages — but we also plan wisely. Faith doesn’t mean avoiding preparation. It means preparing with wisdom and peace.

Before you close, ask:
“How will our ownership be vested on the deed?”

Because loving your family well includes protecting them legally.
