🎆✨ What a view, Gaithersburg! ✨🎆

17 Barkley truly had the best seat in the house for the City of Gaithersburg fireworks show on 6/27 at Bohrer Park—right from our residents’ balconies just steps away from the celebration!

A special shoutout to our resident in #346 for capturing and sharing this incredible footage with us 📹👏 We love seeing our community come together and enjoy moments like this right at home.

Living at 17 Barkley means front-row views, great neighbors, and unforgettable moments like these. 💙🏡

🍦☀️ Sweet treats, great neighbors, and summer vibes! ☀️🍦

We kicked off the first day of summer with an Ice Cream Social at 17 Barkley, and it was the perfect way to celebrate the season! Residents stopped by to build their own ice cream creations, enjoy delicious toppings, and spend time with neighbors.

Events like these are just one of the many reasons we love calling 17 Barkley home. Our community is more than just apartments—it's a place where neighbors become friends and memories are made.
