Here's a little insight from NARs chief economist Lawrence Yun...mortgage rates, regardless of what the Feds do, won't reduce to the levels we've seen in the past. It's a new reality we all need to accept and move forward with. Houses will always appreciate, incomes will rise, but your first few years of owning a house may be tight on the budget.
