Framing is complete!

Currently working on the electrical rough-in, followed by plumbing, insulation batts and then finally drywall.

We made a change to the tv setup to add this media wall to the plans. This will bring a much cleaner and custom look to the finished product.

1 week in and we’re rockin and rolling!

Foam board insulation is up as well as most of the wall framing. Next will be ceiling prep and the electrical rough-in, followed by hanging drywall.

I’m heading to Florida for the week for a little golf and fun in the sun ☀️ Then back to the grind end of next week.

1st day on the job.👷🏼‍♂️ Let’s build stuff!

Currently an unfinished storage space, but over the coming weeks it’s going to be transformed into a comfortable, finished living area for the homeowners.

Right now it’s bare concrete, open framing, and a place to stack boxes. But soon this space will feature a new bathroom, finished walls, proper lighting, new flooring, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like a true extension of their home.

This is one of the easiest ways to add usable square footage to a home!!

We’re currently looking for some help on a project finishing a basement in Columbus! As of right now we’re a one man wrecking crew and are having trouble keeping pace with all the work we have coming in.

We would like to bring on an extra set of hands to tackle this basement job and could potentially lead to a full time position if all goes well.

The project will begin next week and take approximately two months from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who at least has a baseline understanding of construction and some experience would be ideal. With that being said we would consider bringing on someone without knowledge if they are hardworking, reliable and a quick learner.
