Chad’s prior experience includes managing multi-site operations for multiple self-storage companies, where he l

ed occupancy growth, streamlined marketing and follow-up processes, and elevated online presence through Local SEO and review strategies. He delivered measurable improvements in sales conversions, reduced unrentable inventory, and sustained strong teams—even amid major workforce turnover. Chad holds multiple academic credentials—from an MA to a BA in Management and Human Relations, and an AAS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. On the certification front, he's a Certified Self-Storage Manager (2024), a Certified Team Supervisor (2022), Lean Six Sigma White Belt (2021), and now has a Affiliate Broker Real Estate License in Tennessee (2025).
