What is ? Success can be a fickle word that varies from person to . It's like the old adage "one man's trash is another man's treasure". To me success is defined as how others once we to work together. Of course this feeling needs to backed with the plans and to generate a outcome. Back to the original question of success. When client have great words to describe the work ethic and results provided by my team this to me is true !

Continued story....So I set up a meeting with the potential buyers and seller. I was not even really sure what would happen or if the buyers would like the property on the inside. We did do a exterior pop by of course. The last thing I wanted to do was pre conceive any judgments on anything. My job is too put the parties together and see what happens. Everyone had similar goals so we pre negotiated everything up front and closed 45 days later below market value in an area that would have sold easily for $400k more. always boils down to the people and what they want. Its never about me or the market, buy what they love and their perceived value and this seller sold for ease and convenience and at a price and terms that works for her. Needless to say love what I do and its more than making money it's the feeling you have when you can help everyone at the highest level.

This was truly a special moment in my career with this property. The family I was able to help were wanting to find a very special replacement property to purchase in a particular location right by the ocean. We were looking in this area for over a year and were outbid on three other homes. Needless to say very stressful and disheartening for my clients. Fueled by sheer myself and team member had our client's write an offer for over and we door knocked week in week out dead set on finding our client's a new home, with no competition. Weeks turned into months and in the we meet some really cool home owners who sympathized with our client's wanting a home in this unique pocket. On our house we found a home owner who was not ready to sell at that precise moment but her life had a new direction and would consider the possibility of selling if she could meet the potential buyers and legitimize our story. This was truly a special moment in my career with this property. The family I was able to help were wanting to find a very special replacement property to purchase in a particular location in right by the ocean.
