Few showings may point to the price, photos, online presentation, showing access, or how the home was marketed. Showings without offers may raise questions about price, condition, layout, permits, location, or terms. If an offer fell through, the financing, inspection, appraisal, title, or contract details deserve a closer look.

Those are possibilities, not conclusions. I review the listing history, buyer feedback, competing homes, and any offer documents before recommending a change.
