3 months since I’ve gotten my real estate license, 1.5 months since I’ve joined Keller Williams, and here’s what I’ve learned….

- the home buying/selling process is MUCH simpler than people assume

- everything is negotiable, and more people in the industry WANT to help you find the best option for you and your family more than just making a sale.

- now more than ever, buying a home is the BEST investment you can make for yourself. you can pay rent on something you won’t ever profit off of, or pay around the same amount in a mortgage for something you OWN, and let your property increase in value!

so grateful to be in this industry as there’s so much to learn and so many people to talk to and serve on a daily basis! 🏡♥️
