I had the absolute pleasure of helping my friends find the perfect spot for them. They were coming back to Texas from years of living in California. It was bittersweet for them, but moving into a bigger, more modern and updated cost-effective apartment sure made it sweeter.

I had the best time looking for places that fit their needs, traveling to view apartments alongside them and weighing the pros and cons of each. Honestly, it didn’t feel like work at all. My grandmother would tell my dad while he was an agent, “Son, it’s always good to do business with your friends.” Why? “Because your enemies won’t want to do business with you!” 😆 While this is obviously true, it puts things into perspective for me. Everyone that I do business with, I want to treat as a friend, making things smooth and lighthearted.

Hey, I'm Jared Oliver–your North Austin, Georgetown, TX real estate agent.

While you know me as your agent, I'm also known as a Dad, husband, photographer, worship leader, filmmaker, and traveler.

When I'm not putting great people in great homes, I am usually strumming out new songs on my old faithful Ibanez, planning a family trip across the country or the world, watching a great movie with my wife, or throwing the Frisbee with my two sons.

A few of my favorite places I've been abroad are Prague, Belgium, and Switzerland. I have always admired both the historic and modern architectures there. My favorite travels in the states have been Hawaii, Southie Boston, Fire Island NY, Los Angeles filming with my good friends, Estes Park in the winter, St. Augustine FL, and many many more.
