Welcome Brad Wylie to the Mensik Ranches & Residential Team

Brad’s understanding of ranch land comes from a lifetime spent on it, not just from working in real estate.

Growing up hunting and spending time on ranches across Texas, Brad began guiding hunts at 16 and later went on to manage multiple game ranches. That experience gave him firsthand knowledge of wildlife management, habitat, water, fencing, ranch infrastructure and the day-to-day demands of a working property.

Brad also graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Sciences, adding a strong educational background to years of hands-on ranch experience.

That background gives Brad a different perspective as a Farm & Ranch Realtor. When he walks a property, he understands more than acreage, improvements and price per acre. He understands how the land can actually be used, whether that’s cattle production, an exotic wildlife operation, hunting and recreation, or simply owning a quality Texas ranch.
