Whew chile, this weekend was one for the books!! The celebratory events were kicked off Thursday with my Preferred Title & Escrow, LLC family as they celebrated 15 years of business. I’m so proud of the work they do and their consistent efforts to improve and operate in excellence.
Then Friday was Power 30! So many of my friends were honored and rightfully so! Among the list of distinguished honorees were my besties Monika Johnson and Ursula Joi Woods. You ladies inspire me to bring the best version of myself every single day, I was beyond excited to see your accomplishments acknowledged and celebrated.
Saturday we dined at Erling Jensen, (one of my favorite restaurants) as we celebrated Ursula’s birthday! The food is always great, but the fellowship was amazing!!! It’s a blessing to be with positive likeminded folk!!
To wrap up our weekend it only made sense that we’d brunch at The WKND!! (Although somehow Wknd was the culminating activity at the end of each night’s celebration - thanks Joe Johnson!) Oh and did I mention I had a closing Thursday and home inspections Friday?! Yeah, ya girl gotta catch catch her breathe, maybe after I show this building today!! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I sure hope y’all are enjoying life out here, we only get one. I plan to live it up on my own terms and with supportive, motivating, positive and fun people!! Love y’all!

What is everyone saying now? How it started vs how it’s going?! When I viewed my house in 2013, this was the dining room I saw. But, let me show you what my dining room looks like now! Don’t get distracted by outdated furnishings, furnishings that aren’t your style or anything cosmetic!! Look at the layout and the bones of a house, that’s what REALLY matters! I absolutely love my home, but definitely had to look pass some things when I decided to purchase it. FYI: that pic in the foyer was included in the shot just because it’s my favorite piece of art in the entire house. I love it!!! 😍
