💭 Let’s Talk: Why the Double Standard on Interest Rates?

I have to ask—why are so many people willing to pay 13.92% interest on a used car loan with a 640 credit score, but when it comes to buying a home—an investment that builds wealth and stability—they hesitate over a 6-7% mortgage rate? 🤔

A car loses value the moment you drive it off the lot, while a home gains value over time, building equity and financial security. Yet, people commit to high-interest car loans without question but pause when it comes to homeownership.

🎉 Congratulations to my client, “The GA Broker,” on closing on her home! 🏡

When I first entered the real estate industry, I remember Kristina always telling my friend to have me reach out to her anytime I needed guidance or had questions. I never imagined that one day I’d be the one helping her purchase another home. 🌟
