🏡🔑 **Congratulations to James & Cassie on buying their FIRST HOME!** 🎉

I’m a little late posting this one, but that doesn’t mean I’m any less excited about this HUGE milestone for this sweet family! 🤍 And just in time for their little princess to turn ONE! 🎂👑

Their road to homeownership had a few twists and turns. In fact, this was a home they originally wanted to see, but it went under contract before we even had the chance. They moved forward with another home, that one ultimately fell through, and when this home unexpectedly became available again, they got a second chance at it!
