Every now and then you come across a property that will challenge you, grow you as an agent and teach you new things along the way.

This.. this was the property for me! I learnt a lot of things that I will utilize in the future on what to and not to do.

It also marks the longest I’ve ever had a property under contract… 5 months!

Sometimes determination and perseverance is needed along with knowledge and hard work to get the deal done. Thats why choosing the right agent for you is so inportant!

I am thankful for Park ave title assisting in closing with this deal today as well as Ken Lucious -Key Realty for their hard work!

Congratulations to all involved!

Congratulations to my Sellers and the buyers on this property!

When sellers and buyers both have the same goal and work phenomenal together for a super smooth transaction it is a house buying goal!

Thank you to all parties on this!

Carrie Jo Wahl from Ally Title for all her amazing work!

CONGRATULATIONS to my buyers on this one!!

When buying a bank owned property it’s always “something” and they trusted me to help them through it! AND my buyers were so positive and fun to work with!

Thank you for trusting me and for being who you are!

Can NOT wait to see what you do to this place!
