Every now and then you come across a property that will challenge you, grow you as an agent and teach you new things along the way.

This.. this was the property for me! I learnt a lot of things that I will utilize in the future on what to and not to do.

It also marks the longest I’ve ever had a property under contract… 5 months!

Sometimes determination and perseverance is needed along with knowledge and hard work to get the deal done. Thats why choosing the right agent for you is so inportant!

Sometimes you get clients that’s you just love so much and wish they weren’t selling so you could be new besties! This is one of them!
