The first of two closings for clients of mine this week are officially in the books, and this one came together seamlessly. Even in a multiple-offer situation with active, competitive buyers, the right strategy kept everything smooth from start to finish…and now my buyers get to call this Fox Island property their home.
It also helps when both sides are aligned and focused on getting to the finish line, this was a great example of that as the listing agent on the other side was collaborative, professional and a really great communicator (I love that!).
Last week, I wrote offers for multiple clients across different properties and this home was no exception.
