What a busy month it has been!

I had the opportunity to help two more sellers get their homes SOLD, and these two closings are especially exciting because both homes had already been on the market for over 60 days.

After more than two months on the market, we were still able to get BOTH homes under contract with offers OVER asking price! 🙌🔥
