Another successful Halloween in the books, and this was an all timer! Mr. Pirate and Mr. Firefighter looked great in their costumes. We were lucky enough to be invited to a neighborhood block party (thanks Christian Harding) where the kids had a blast going crazy in a bounce house, and we finished the night trick-or-treating with friends and neighbors. Already looking forward to next year!

Took the kids to the BEST bargain in the entire valley - the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park. This has long been a favorite of my oldest, and if you have kids who like trains this place is heaven! The model railroad exhibit is really cool (and huge) and best of all...it's FREE! They also have a train you can ride for $3 per person, an old fashioned carousel (also $3) and a couple of cool play areas for the kids. Definitely worth checking out!
