Hey, friends and family! 🥶 With the weather dropping below freezing soon, it’s important to protect your home (and your wallet!) from burst pipes. Here are a few quick tips to stay ahead of the freeze:

🔹 Drip your faucets – Especially those on exterior walls. Running water helps prevent freezing.
🔹 Open cabinet doors – Let warm air circulate around pipes under sinks.
🔹 Cover exposed pipes – Use foam insulation or even towels if needed.
🔹 Disconnect garden hoses – Drain outdoor faucets and cover them with faucet protectors.
🔹 Know your water shut-off valve – In case of emergencies, you’ll need to turn it off quickly.
